Virtual Personal Training and Wellness Coaching

My philosophy

Our health is comprised of a balance of emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. I will not just be your coach, but also your teammate as we work towards unlocking the happiest, healthiest version of you, together. I use a behavior-based model that emphasizes skill building, daily practice and a progressive series of actions. We will move at a pace that makes a healthy lifestyle sustainable for the long run. Working in tandem with habit and nutrition coaching, I will introduce workouts that match with your abilities and daily routine to correct weaknesses and strengthen your whole body.

What happens during a session?

First, we will meet for our initial assessment where we will go over some forms, your goals, and get to know each other. In subsequent sessions we will go over your workouts, come up with meal strategies, and discuss goal progress for the week.

How much does it cost?

Our initial consultation is free! This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and choose a package that will meet your specific needs before you commit to paying anything.

Common Packages

  • $250 month: 2x a week in-person training with additional workouts to complete on your own if applicable, macro guidance, unlimited messaging, access to my workout app

  • $350/month: 3x a week in-person training, macro guidance, unlimited messaging, access to my workout app, and 1x per week virtual yoga class

  • $100/month: Customized workout plan to do at your own gym with monthly updates, macro guidance, unlimited messaging with me, and access to my workout app

Plans are customizable! I do not believe in one size fits all coaching. Your goals are unique and your plan will reflect that! If you aren’t sure what you need, I am happy to help you figure out the steps to take to reach your goals.
